Scotts Diner

Scott’s Diner is an absolute gem! The food is fresh, delicious, and served in generous portions at a price that’s hard to beat. The Eggs Benedict I had were perfectly cooked with creamy hollandaise, crispy bacon, and fresh spinach — paired with golden home fries and a fresh fruit cup on the side. Everything tasted homemade and comforting, just like a great diner should be. The service was warm and welcoming, and you can tell the staff really care about their customers. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. If you’re looking for a spot with great food, great prices, and a great atmosphere, Scott’s Diner is it!

Everything was GREAT! Today was my 1st time going there and the food was AMAZING! A little surprised that they didn't have a military discount, since the restaurant is decorated with military memorabilia.. but I can say, its definitely a great and friendly place to enjoy a meal. Im definitely going back ;)

I've always seen Scott's diner but never have I stopped in, this was a massive mistake, from their welcoming decor to their wonderful food this place has it all. One of the most important things to me is community and character. These Scott's diner has in great amounts. The way the owner lights up when he speaks about his grandfather's ww2 helmet or the way the staff talks to you I felt appreciated and welcomed. Great food, large portions, great prices and amazing service all make Scott's diner an amazing place for everyone!

The food was absolutely amazing and so delicious — it’s hard to pick just one item! The staff are incredibly sweet and attentive, always making sure you feel acknowledged. Their biscuits and gravy are to die for — I always order one with my meal. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had!

We stopped here on our way from Yosemite and were amazed at how delicious everything was, and at such great prices! The portions were big, everything was fresh and tasty, and the food came out quickly. The staff were also very polite and friendly. I especially recommend the salmon steak, it was cooked perfectly!

A great diner experience. Good food and fantastic hospitality from the owner, Scott. The NY strip steak was perfectly cooked (we had one medium-rare and one medium-well), and the service was attentive.

Excellent and one of the best breakfast spot in Merced!! Owner and staff are always friendly and really attentive to customers, food quality and service. Will definitely be visiting again.
